The NALVRA principleHuman First. AI Empowered.

People have
the final say.

AI extends what people can achieve. It unlocks knowledge, prepares decisions and handles approved routines. People set the direction.

We design technology so expertise, judgment and responsibility retain their place, from the first use case to ongoing operations.

Support with responsibility

More room
for human strengths.

Experience, judgment and human conversation cannot be reduced to an automatic answer.

AI should create time for these tasks. We distinguish clearly limited routines, preparatory assistance and decisions with significant effects on people or businesses.

Automate routine. Clarify responsibility.Significant and critical decisions remain under human control. AI does not make independent decisions about people.

From suggestion to action: approvals have a defined place.
How collaboration takes shape

A clear task.
A deliberate
decision point.

Control starts before the first automated action. Together, we define what an AI employee may do and where a person takes over.

  1. 01

    Clarify the task

Agree goals, data, permissions and boundaries.

  2. 02

    Prepare the result

AI researches, structures or suggests a next step.

  3. 03

    Decide deliberately

Responsible staff review critical results and approve necessary actions.

  4. 04

    Execute with control

Carry out approved steps, recognize exceptions and review the workflow.

Human First in daily work

What AI prepares.
What people decide.

Three example workflows show how roles and boundaries can align. The scenarios are not documented customer projects.

01 / Customer service

Reach the right answer sooner.

An AI employee assists with a technical customer inquiry.

AI supports

It classifies the request, searches approved service knowledge and prepares a draft answer with sources.

People decide

The service team reviews the technical content. Safety-related recommendations and binding commitments are personally approved.

Where the boundary lies

If a reliable source is missing, the request goes to the responsible specialist.

02 / Office & finance

Prepare rather than post blindly.

An incoming document needs assignment to the right transaction.

AI supports

The assistant extracts relevant details and suggests a customer, project or existing case.

People decide

Responsible staff check amounts, assignments and exceptions. Payments or binding approvals require defined decision points.

Where the boundary lies

Unclear details and deviations remain visible and are not silently accepted.

03 / Internal knowledge

Make knowledge usable.

Staff search for reliable information across scattered documents.

AI supports

The assistant accesses approved documents and assembles relevant information with source references.

People decide

Domain owners assess the answer in context and decide how to use it.

Where the boundary lies

Permissions also apply to AI. Unapproved content must not appear in its answer.

Six guiding principles

Trust needs
a clear framework.

A good result alone is not enough. People must understand its sources, ownership and limitations.

Abstract concept graphic: separate transparent spaces and targeted connections represent controlled access and traceable boundaries.
01Transparency

Understand what AI does.

Sources, tasks, responsibilities and limits must be clear. People should assess a result rather than trust it blindly.

02Verifiability

Review results professionally.

Tests, traceable sources and expert acceptance are part of introduction. A convincing suggestion is not yet a verified result.

03Appropriate permissions

Grant only necessary access.

An agent receives the data and functions needed for its task. Sensitive areas and different customer environments are separated in the design.

04Clear escalation

Recognize limits and hand over.

Missing information, conflicting results and critical cases need a defined path to a responsible person.

05Security by Design

Plan security from the start.

Protection needs, privacy, access and operating responsibility inform the design. Controls fit the task and its risk.

06Open technology selection

The task decides.

Models, interfaces and operating environments follow your requirements. Existing systems and staff knowledge remain part of the solution.
